Marya Roddis founded SUN in October 1989. She works in the fields of Compliance and Risk Management, Communication, and Education with people of all ages and backgrounds, providing administrative and research support, as well as onsite and remote instruction. Marya Roddis founded SUN in October 1989. She works in the fields of Compliance and Risk Management, Communication, and Education with people of all ages and backgrounds, providing administrative and research support, as well as onsite and remote instruction. This work has included service as a CFO, Executive Director, and Resource Development Officer. Marya served for eight years as a formal Artist-in-Residence for museums and school districts in the Western US, where she provided workshops to help students of all cognitive abilities develop essential work and life skills through nature study and art.
Marya is a Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), a current member of OCEG, the National Grant Management Association (NGMA), and the Grant Professionals Association (GPA), and a former member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) New York Chapter and the Forbes Communications Council.

Wendy McCoy provides support for technical writing projects, grant proposal development, and website maintenance activities. For over the past 13 years, Wendy has worked as a technical writer and resource development officer, serving and collaborating with both large organizations such as state and local government and small, local organizations. Her expertise includes project development and grant writing, prospect research (typically for nonprofits), copy editing, and website content development and maintenance.
Wendy also has a strong background in environmental sciences, previously serving as a Research Associate for the College of Agricultural Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University and as an Environmental Consultant with a small firm in West Virginia.
Wendy is a member of The Grant Professionals Association.
